密封固化剂的选择与区别

一.       钠基密封固化剂

1、  钠基密封固化剂为常见普遍早的混凝土密封固化剂,钠基密封固化剂的基本特别,用手摸起来会发粘,和洗洁精差不多。遇到酸会反应成白色。酸可以用盐酸硫酸测试。

2、  钠基密封固化剂成本低,普遍,密实度的密封固化剂,优点是成本很低,做起砂地面,或要控制施工成本时,只能使用钠基。钠基密封固化剂可以有效地把水泥接合成一个整体,强度很高。缺点是,耐水性差,固化时间慢,表面控刮伤能力差。使用寿命约十年,

3、  钠基产品适用于新浇筑的强度高的普通地面、耐磨地面、水磨石地面。

 

二.       钾基密封固化剂

1、  钾基密封固化剂没有钠基那么粘,遇酸成白色比钠基稍微透明一点,倒在地上,会十五分钟左右成膜,钠基成膜时间在30分钟左右。

2、  钾基密封固化剂一般是搭配,增加防水性能。

 

三.       锂基密封固化剂

1、  用手摸起来会稍微发粘,没有钠基钾基那么明。倒在地上成膜时间慢,好的钾基密封固化剂成膜后用,东西轻轻刮会起粉。明的区分方式,与酸反应会变成纯透明色。的钠基钾基都是乳白色,和牛奶差不多。

2、  锂基是所有密封固化剂中标准,它的优点是使用寿命长,耐水,可以做室外,完全不发白,渗透力强,渗透比钠基多两个毫米,真正的锂基材料,你今天倒一桶在地上,干了以后,地上什么都没有,也不白也不黑,像水一样,全部会渗透,会挥发。区分锂基、钠基、酸性,简单的方法是,你今天把材料倒地上,明天不发白也看不见东西的是锂基,倒过量的钠基在地上干了会凝胶,钾基会成膜较快,酸性会发白。

3、  锂基的产品在性能上与钠基和钾基产品相比,具有无比的优越性,它可以很大程度上降低或避免混凝土和耐磨地面的发丝状裂纹,出现的泛碱发白的通病,是一种适用于各类型地面的产品。

 

四.       酸性密封固化剂

 

1、  摸起来和水差不多,但是如果有伤口,会疼,施工密封固化剂7天以上,手会干燥。酸性密封固化剂倒在地上,干了以后会变白没有凝胶物。碱性的倒在地上会成膜。

2、  酸性密封固化剂严格来说,不能说是密封固化剂,首先密实度差,如果用单纯的酸性密封固化剂做地面,倒一桶水下去,会在几分钟内吸干,没有好的密封性能,没有抗渗性,根本不密封。用碱性的密封固化剂做过的地板,用尖锐物去刮也只能刮伤表面,里面硬度较高,而酸性的刚好相反,轻轻刮很硬,用力刮底下是散的,像一盘连接能力不好的铁砂,稍微用力,底下会分开。综合起来,可以这样说,碱性的可以把松散的不密实的水泥成为一个说整体。酸性的,把所有的水泥做硬,但是水泥始终是水泥,砂一直是砂,不能一体。

3、  酸性密封固化剂适用于基面疏松的地面。

 

 

Selection and distinction of sealing hardener agent

一.Sodium-based sealing hardener

1, sodium-based sealing hardener is the earliest and the most common concrete hardening agent, and its special property is sticky feeling, like the detergent. It easily reacts with acid to become white, so it can be tested with hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid. .

2, Sodium-based hardener is very cheap and suitable for the sandy floor when the first part has to control low construction cost to treat their floor. The sodium-based can effectively put cement jointed as a whole with high strength, but it shows some big defects such as poor water resistance, long curing time, weak surface scratch ability, and easy to make surface turn white.. The service life is about ten years,

3, Sodium-based products are applicable to the new floor with high strength, wear-resisting floor, and terrazzo floor.

 

 

 Potassium-based sealing hardener agent.

Our company does not have this type of product

1, potassium-based hardener is less sticky than that of sodium-based one, also react with acid to become white color. When fell on the ground, it needs fifteen minutes to form the film but for sodium base   about 30 minutes.

2, potassium-based hardener generally collocate with other hardening products to be used, in order to increase the waterproof performance.

 

 Lithium-based sealing hardener agent.

1, It has a little bit sticky by hand touching, not stronger than that of sodium and potassium based products. When fell to the ground, the time of forming film is slow; when react with acid, it will become pure transparent color.

2, Lithium-based hardener is the best hardening agent with highest standard, and has many advantages such as: (a) long service life, (b) good water-proofing ability, (c) applicable for outdoor work,(d) does not become white, (e) high penetration ability (2mm deeper than that of sodium product). For the lithium-based hardener, it is easy to penetrate into ground and does not become white, the most important point is to strongly increase the strength of floor days by days.

Distinguish lithium, sodium base and acid-based hardeners, the simplest method is, to put the materials on the ground, and then next day to check the ground situation, nothing on the ground belongs to lithium-based hardener, fast forming film on the ground is sodium-based, and fast turning white is acid-based product.

3, When compared with sodium and potassium-based products, lithium-based product has the incomparable superiority, can greatly reduce or avoid a hairline crack on the concrete floor, and strongly increase strength and wear-resisting ability, avoid to turn white efflorescence. In short term, lithium-based hardener is an ideal and high-end product for various types of ground treatment.

 

Acidic fast hardening agent.

1, It look like water and shows weak acid property (pH = 2.5). When fell on the ground, it will make ground turn white slowly, unlike the alkaline-based products to form film on the ground. Notice, please avoid to touch this hardener when has wounds on hands. .

2, acid-based hardener agent is easy to be absorbed by concrete ground and has high permeability. It can fast react with alkaline concrete floor to form a kind of calcium silicate gel. As a result, it can fast increase the strength and compactness of ground.

3, acid-based hardener is suitable for the loose floor surface.
